SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
At Arepita Wear, all orders are shipped from our locations in the UK and Spain. We currently deliver within the UK and Spain, with plans to expand to worldwide shipping soon. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and estimated delivery times remain similar across both regions. Shipping fees are £2.50 within the UK, while orders from Spain are calculated automatically in euros or dollars using our real-time currency conversion tool at checkout.
We partner with trusted couriers to ensure secure and trackable deliveries. UK orders are shipped through Interparcel, which provides full tracking and delivery alerts. In Spain, orders will be shipped using a similar service (CourierPlus ES, temporary placeholder) offering the same delivery times and tracking features. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, and pre-orders or special releases may require additional processing time.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Arepita Wear, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. We offer a refund-only policy with a 14-day refund period starting from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund as quickly as possible. Arepita Wear covers the cost of return shipping, and all refund requests should be initiated by contacting us at info@arepitawear.com.
We currently do not offer exchanges, and refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and verified. All items are returnable under this policy, as this allows us to review the product and understand any issues you may have experienced. Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and fair, ensuring you feel supported throughout your entire shopping experience with Arepita Wear.
